Nicolae is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investor relations and fundraising. As the Founder of Stratify Venture Partners, he connects entrepreneurs and managing partners with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, funds, corporates, and institutional investors.

Previously, he served as Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations at Brookfield, reporting on $10B in AUM and leading campaigns to enhance the investor experience.

As the President of Investor Relations at Capria Ventures, he managed $1B in AUM with 15 VC fund investments, ~35 direct investments, and an underlying portfolio of 280+ startups. He consulted with an additional 20 global VC funds, directed dozens of fundraising campaigns globally, and advised on dozens more.

Nicolae possesses a robust skill set encompassing fundraising, private and public markets, portfolio analysis, consulting, product development, sales, and marketing. His ability to drive financial strategies and enhance investor relations is demonstrated through his successful management of substantial assets and execution of high-impact fundraising campaigns.

Nicolae's expertise is underpinned by a BA in International Relations & East Asian Studies from Connecticut College.
